How our prescription delivery service works
Filling out our EPS nomination form here is the first step in applying for prescription delivery with Zenith Pharmacy. Here, you can choose us as your preferred dispensary and give us some information.
The next step is to get in touch with your doctor’s office, order your repeat prescription, and let them know which pharmacy you prefer. We can prepare to send your medications when you need them once we have your GP’s prescription and your patient information.
The delivery of your medications is the last step.
How much does the delivery service cost?
Requests for the Zenith Pharmacy prescription delivery service may incur an additional fee; for more information, please contact us. You will be required to pay as usual for your prescription medications.
