Directions

  • The Bricanyl Turboinhaler should be used as prescribed by a doctor.
  • Make sure the canister is inserted into the inhaler correctly
  • Shake the inhaler well before use
  • Remove the cap from the mouthpiece and check that there is no dust or dirt on it.
  • Hold the inhaler upright and point it toward the back of your throat.
  • Breathe out fully, then place the mouthpiece of the inhaler in your mouth and close your lips around it.
  • Press down on the top of the inhaler to release the medicine while you breathe in deeply.
  • Hold your breath for as long as you can, then release it and breathe out.
  • Repeat these steps if more than one dose is prescribed.
  • Rinse your mouth with water after each use.
  • Replace the cap on the inhaler after use.
